Bad fats

Vegetable oils, like Sunflower Oil may cause considerable medical issues!
Not all fats are bad, a lot of them are extremely important for good health. Bad fats are trans fats and vegetable fats – these are typically the types you really want to steer clear of.
Bad fats (trans and vegetable) multiply our risk of being overweight, cancer and heart disease.
Bad, bad and very bad.
(I would say that we could probably include the ‘very’ to all three bads!)
So why are these kind of fats so bad?
Because they are not organic. These kinds of fats are actually vegetable oils which have been subject to an artificial process that uses high pressured hydrogen and multiple chemicals to convert them from oils into fats.
Vegetable oils are certainly not good for the body. They may cause severe harm to the organs, in particular the lung tissue and reproductive process. Terrifying stuff!
One study even claims that vegetable oils emit harmful cancer-causing chemicals.
Additional research shows that a diet that is rich in vegetable oils can lead to toxicity of the liver, reduced auto-immune system and even learning disabilities! All bad. Very very bad.
